This house was income property from in a trust. So the agent was critical to get an agent that understood the requirements of selling trust property and setting the price to get the best price for the beneficiaries of the trust. Shannan had sold a property for the other trustee and was recommended. We looked at a couple of other agents who we didn't feel as comfortable with as we did with Shannan. Shannan was straight forward with all of the requirements and what she needed from us to move the properties successfully, and was very attentive to our concerns and requirements to get the trust assets moved in a timely fashion and to set a fair market price for the homes in an "As Is" condition. Shannan worked through some challenging adversity we encountered as we moved through the process, with a calm experienced leadership that helped us successfully move the properties faster than we expected and for a better price than expected.

Although previously mentioned Shannan did an excellent job at communicating. She and team knew the business of selling homes and understood the nuanced San Juan Bautista community. Hands down would recommend to friends and family and would use again to sell my new home if it was to go on the market.
